Virtustant is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead recruitment strategy and head up our recruitment function for multiple departments. You will visit departments to understand needs, plan quarterly hiring volumes, and decide hiring headcount, with potential management of current recruiters.
The role requires decisive leadership and experience as a recruiter/sourcer, with a preference for prior HRBP exposure. This is a remote opportunity with general scope.
