SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join a general, multilingual team that delivers intelligent support. You will troubleshoot across backend systems, databases, and APIs while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

This role offers a fully remote setup from the EU and opportunities to master new skills within a People First culture. You’ll work with AWS, SQL, Grafana, and Sentry to analyze issues, document findings, and expand internal runbooks.
