Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of general HR processes from design to adoption. You will partner across Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that improve talent outcomes while ensuring compliance and data privacy.
The role is remote and LATAM-based. Responsibilities include governance, automation enablement, training creation, and continuous improvement driven by VOC and performance metrics.
