Firstbase, part of AppDirect, seeks an ITAD Billing Operations Associate to own financials for the IT Asset Disposition program. You’ll reconcile revenue, deposits, and settlements, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams.

Training across ITAD operations is provided, with a focus on automating workflows under supervision. You’ll join a hybrid team with onsite one day and four remote, plus PTO, medical coverage for you and dependents, wellness
