We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team. You will handle customer payment follow-ups. The adecuado candidate has experience in collections. You should have strong communication skills. You should also have a proactive approach to understanding and resolving payment delays.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Contact customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Understand why customers have not paid and work toward resolving payment issues.
- Maintain a professional and persistent approach to collections.
- Handle email follow-ups and other administrative tasks related to the collections process.
Required Experience And Qualifications
- 1 year of previous experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Strong phone communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A collections mindset, with a focus on payment recovery rather than sales.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills; accent clarity is important.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule
Full-time
9 AM to 5 PM EST
