EY is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Senior Consultant) to lead Core HR implementations in Argentina. You will work on Payroll, Absence Management & OTL, or Compensation & Benefits, with hands-on configuration, testing, and production support.

You will gather requirements, conduct workshops, design, configure, test, and deliver end-to-end solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher, collaborating with general teams and ensuring client success.
