MEDLIFE is seeking an energized Talent Development Team Lead to build leaders, culture and a performance system across the organization. You will design and run core talent programs, develop KPI-driven plans with team leads, and manage Talent Acquisition and People Administration to deliver on goals.

You will report to MEDLIFE's Founder and work with a general Leadership team, driving development plans, 360 feedback, and succession planning while reinforcing our FIRE, GROWTH and IMPECCABLE
