Lago is hiring for an Amazon Customer Service (SME) - Voice of the Customer (VoC) role. This full-time remote position supports customers across Philippines and Latin America, with a 9am-5pm PST schedule and competitive hourly pay.

The Specialist will manage buyer messages, remediate negative feedback, coordinate returns, and act as an SME for a CS function. Strong communication and data analysis are essential.
