Ravn is a digital product development agency seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist who will be the first line of support for our 250-employee organization. You will onboard new hires, manage Entra ID identities, enforce access controls, and handle tickets across email, chat, and our ITSM system.
Light DevOps tasks with PowerShell and routine automation are also part of the role. Strong English skills are a must, along with expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune.
