Workana LLC is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations & Growth for a fully remote role based in Latin America. You will lead one integrated marketing strategy, manage external agencies and contractors across PPC, email/SMS, SEO, CRO, social, and content, and align campaigns with product launches and seasonality. The role reports to executive leadership and requires fluent English and US time-zone overlap.
