We're looking for ArchiCAD Modelers specialized in as-built documentation. You'll work from real project data to produce accurate, structured BIM models that meet international AEC standards.

This is a fully remote, contract-based position. You will work on real projects for client companies in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Notfaroff manages the recruitment process on their behalf.

What you'll do

- Model as-built conditions in ArchiCAD from point cloud data and field inputs
- Produce accurate floor plans, sections, and technical documentation
- Follow defined templates, technical constraints, and quality standards
- Deliver clean, structured models ready for review and client use

What we're looking for

- Fluent in ArchiCAD and comfortable working from real-world data




- Detail-oriented and precise: you don't cut corners
- Able to work independently and deliver on deadline
- Strong problem-solving ability in technical environments
- English proficiency desirable

A background in architecture is relevant. What matters most is what you can produce.
