Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contract amendments and budgets with study sites
Negotiate investigator grants, contractual terms, and conditions within approved parameters
Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup and contract activities with timelines
Track and report on contract status and assist other specialists with reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters, budgetary guidance, and established processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
0–2 years of relevant experience in contract or clinical trial support
Basic knowledge of clinical trial agreements and investigator grant negotiation
Fluent English and local language communication skills, written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency with computerized systems and automated applications
