AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models for a centralized HR data warehouse.
You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to design semantic layers consumable by BI tools and AI agents.The role emphasizes secure handling of large-scale data, real-time processing, and integration with Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling.
You will contribute to data quality, uptime, and semantic modeling across CORE → SEMANTIC → METRICS layers.
