About The Team/role

Being part of the Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. This highly analytical role combines business thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder management to scale DiDi's marketplace across cities in Argentina.





You will own the marketplace performance in your region by balancing rider demand and driver supply, identifying growth opportunities, and leading initiatives that improve key business metrics. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform data into actionable insights and drive projects from ideation to execution in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll be...

- Own the operational performance of DiDi's marketplace across cities in Argentina, balancing supply and demand to drive sustainable growth.
- Build deep business insights by analyzing marketplace performance and product metrics through data-driven decision making.
- Analyze data using Excel and SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Design, implement, and monitor initiatives that improve business and product KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects and improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution while maintaining attention to detail and business impact.
- Continuously seek scalable solutions that contribute to DiDi's growth across the region.

- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy, Investment Banking, Marketing, Business Analytics, or similar analytical roles.




- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL.
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
- Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Solid business judgment and understanding of different business models.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on mindset with the ability to execute and thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand business challenges and deliver impact.
