As a People Ops - Regulatory Compliance -Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting day‐to‐day operational tasks related to all areas within US employment eligibility, labor laws and national notice regulations.
You will adapt to a fast‐paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results that drive value for the team.

providing resolutions or escalating as neededUtilizing HR and specialized HR compliance software and systems to maintain accurate employee records and data managementImplementing process improvements to optimize operations and deliveryAnalyzing data to inform Regulatory Compliance metrics and drive strategic decision-makingUpholding professional and technical standards in alignment with company guidelinesNavigating complex situations to build meaningful connections and inspire team growthUnderstanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data ProtectionEnsuring correct Information Security Management practicesWhat You Must HaveAt least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degreeAt least 2 years of experienceOral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You ApartPreference for law (immigration specific)
