Salesforce Business Consultant Hikko is the art of moving forward We blend strategic technology with creative force to help organizations in the US and LATAM scale building services, products, and ideas that create meaningful impact. Now we’re looking for a Salesforce Business Consultant ready to bridge business and technology on projects with US-based clients, and grow alongside a team that takes its craft seriously (and itself, not so much). What you’ll do:
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their processes, pain points, and goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future-state processes and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Design solutions using standard platform features and configuration (objects, Flows, validation rules, page layouts).
• Work side by side with technical teams to make sure what gets built matches what the business needs.
• Support testing (UAT), deployments, user training, and change management.
• Recommend continuous improvements and help clients get the most out of the platform. What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant on Salesforce.




• Strong understanding of business processes and how to model them on the platform.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration.
• Experience running workshops and managing stakeholders at different levels.
• Clear, structured communication, both written and verbal.
• Advanced English level. Nice to have:
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant).
• Experience in consulting environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Exposure to integrations or other clouds (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
