This is a hands-on role for an executive who can do both: set the financial strategy and execute at the operational level in a high-growth environment.Location: Uruguay or Argentina preferred, but open to remote candidates.ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting and forecastingOwn the economics of an evolving professional services modelManage relationships with existing and prospective investors, and represent the company in diligence processesOversee accounting,
financial controls and reporting infrastructure across multiple countries; ensure complianceAdvise the CEO and Board on capital structure, valuation and strategic financial decisionsScale the finance and accounting functions as the company growsUse AI to scale operations: automating reporting, close and forecasting so the function grows more slowly than the business doesSupport corporate development activitiesQualificationsPrior CFO or senior finance leadership experience at a technology company, ideally with a professional services modelExperience as the direct finance counterpart to a private equity investorUS exposure and education in the US, or a career built working in or closely with US companiesCPA and/or MBA requiredDeep understanding of GAAP and financial reportingMulti-country experience: entities across jurisdictions, transfer pricing, multi-currency operationsComfort operating in a lean, high-growth environment with direct hands-on involvementExcellent communication skills for Board and investor-facing work
