You will serve as the primary technical contact for client accounts, manage end-to-end project lifecycles, and own ticket lifecycles using Jira, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.You will oversee on-site and remote hands work, coordinate with vendors, and maintain dashboards for transparency across teams.
You will lead onboarding, scoping, and technical reviews, translating requirements into actionable work
