Position Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional squads to develop customer solutions using the Agile ways of working that integrates the business and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and enable high-performing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business functions.
Maintain
traceability
across requirements, user stories, risk controls, test cases, and release documentation while managing cross-functional
dependencies
, risks, and compliance requirements to support validated delivery and audit readiness.
Ensure Agile delivery activities comply with
FDA regulations, GxP requirements,
and
organizational processes
.




Maintain transparency across the organization about development progress and grow trust
Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and Product owner/manager
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic and operational goals.
Workplace:
Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Must Have Skills:
Domain Expertise
Experience leading Agile delivery in
Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences
, or other
regulated environments
.
Prior experience supporting digital health solutions, connected medical devices, clinical applications, or R&D; organizations.
Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams operating within
FDA-regulated and GxP-compliant environments
, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and validation requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Product / Digital Expertise
Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies, Product Management and experienced in coaching product and agile teams.
Delivery or software / product development background
Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology
Leadership skills and behaviors
Strong delivery leadership with experience managing complex dependencies, driving stakeholder alignment, and leveraging data-driven continuous improvement practices.
Preferred Skills:
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
Professional Skills:
Excellent English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
