You'll own the new-client experience, from initial setup through technical integration and ongoing optimization.

report bugs and share product feedbackBuild and improve internal documentation and implementation workflowsWhat we're looking for1+ years in a customer-facing role involving technical onboarding or implementationFluent English, written and spokenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
