Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end general HR processes, including Standard Work, documentation, implementation, adoption, and governance. This role partners with COE, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, data/privacy, and regional stakeholders and will be remote in LATAM. You will drive process design, governance, and continuous improvement, overseeing compensation planning, performance management, talent assessment, equity programs, and benefits enrollment with a focus on data
