The role focuses on building and automating growth channels for a regulated nicotine product, avoiding paid channels. You will lead outreach to retailers, manage email/SMS, and develop AI-assisted processes using Claude Code. You will work directly with the two founders, own the growth strategy, and drive data-driven campaigns with access to order and subscription data.
