NeoWork is hiring Bookkeepers to manage day-to-day financial records for U.S. companies and accounting firms.
You will keep the books accurate and up to date, from transaction recording through month-end reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities • Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers • Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Review balance sheets and P L statements to identify discrepancies • Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports • Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager Requirements • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero • Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Based in Argentina, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection Nice to Have • Experience with U.S. clients or U.S. GAAP • Degree in Accounting or related field Benefits • We offer health insurance for contractors • Holiday Extra Pay • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
