As a Talent Enablement Center - Compliance Specialist you will manage credential verification and maintain compliance with policies across various lines of service.
As a Specialist you will provide specialized advice and support, handling operational tasks that enhance the recruiting lifecycle and improve compliance processes.
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a dynamic environment, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will make a significant impact on our team's success.
Responsibilities
Oversee the verification of credentials and compliance with policies
Manage operational tasks to streamline the recruiting process
Verify accuracy in data handling and validation using tools
Address inquiries and provide support through the ticketing system




Facilitate communication with employees regarding credential issues
Monitor and manage seasonal and weekly operational processes
Contribute to the enhancement of compliance procedures
What You Must Have
At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
At least 1 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
Regulatory Compliance, Law
Experience with Alteryx or Power Automate tools
Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Previous experience in a compliance role
Driving process improvement initiatives
Committing to data validation and accuracy
Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
Managing seasonal and weekly processes effectively
Handling mass data using tools like Alteryx and Excel
Understand the importance of have a correct information management
Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
Correct Information Security Management
