Atomic HR is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a regulated DTC consumer brand based in Austin, TX. This hands-on generalist role emphasizes building growth channels—email, SMS, partnerships, field marketing—rather than pure planning. You’ll work directly with the two founders and use AI tools to automate tasks and connect systems. You’ll own retailer outreach, support the field team, manage search and referral programs, and analyze order and subscription data to drive steady growth.
