Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist (CPA/EA preferred) to provide specialized support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
This role requires strong accounting judgment and the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
The position is remote, supports 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with staggered US hours, uses Zendesk and other platforms, and involves documenting resolutions, improving workflows, and communicating technical findings
