Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across our international team. This remote role covers LATAM, requiring 2+ years in HR and strong English and Spanish communication.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, and support performance management and policy improvements, collaborating with managers and integral teams.
