It’s time to nourish what you love and make an impact from the very start of your career as part of Grupo Bimbo’s Global Trainee Program. Through it, you will rotate across different areas and operations of the company, learning and developing within the world’s number one baking company and a leader in the global snack industry. The Global Trainee Program offers a structured, immersive development experience that combines functional exposure, leadership development, and global collaboration.

Immersive Functional Rotations

Gain hands-on exposure to all functional areas to understand how the business operates end-to-end and how different functions connect and collaborate.

Complete a focused deep dive within your designated function, building strong technical capability in your area of expertise.

Leadership Development

Develop leadership capabilities aligned with Grupo Bimbo’s Leadership Competency Model, including self-awareness, communication, collaboration, and decision-making, delivered through virtual classroom learning and individual development experiences.

Global & Cross-Functional Exposure

Work within a global cohort and collaborate with peers across regions and functions, building a general mindset and cross-cultural awareness.

Receive guidance and support through a structured network that includes a direct leader, mentor, buddy, and project coach, along with ongoing feedback and evaluation.

Exposure to Leaders

Interact with local and global leaders through program experiences, projects, and learning activities.

Blended Learning Experience





Learn through a mix of hands-on experiences, classroom-based cohort learning, and structured development activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Advanced level of English (ability to work in global environments) and proficiency in the local language.
- Recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience.
- Availability to work full-time starting from September 2026.
