You will design, coordinate and launch market initiatives, balancing local nuances with general scale while keeping the customer at the center. You will lead a cross-functional squad (Eng, Design, Data), set quarterly OKRs, own KPIs like CVR, MAU and retention, and drive data‑driven experiments to improve the magical experience across Lat Am.
