The main focus is managing a portfolio of Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts, setting up new accounts, monitoring performance, finding issues and working with Google Support to resolve issues. In addition, you will manage a portfolio of Google Ads (PPC) accounts, including setting up campaigns and tracking, optimizing regularly, and reporting on performance.

The Right Candidate

Is highly organized and dependable, and comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts.
Understands Google Ads for home service businesses - has proven success in that area.
Is detail-oriented and consistent with recurring account reviews, while staying alert to the exceptions.
Digs into problems to find the root cause-isn’t afraid to try to fix things on their own or reach out to additional support resources when needed.
Is persistent when working through Google Support cases.





Comfortable working behind the scenes in a white-label agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor a large portfolio of Google Local Services Ads accounts, spending properly, generating leads, etc.
Spot and investigate issues such as limited or no spend, lead delivery problems, disapproved assets, and missed lead responses, then decide on next steps.
Open and follow up on Google Support cases until issues are resolved.
Manage a portfolio of Google Ads accounts for local home-services businesses, including new account builds, regular optimizations, testing.
Monitor PPC budgets, conversion tracking, search terms, ads, keywords, and bidding, and recommend fixes when something is off.
Keep accurate account notes, issue logs, and status updates.
Write clear internal updates/reports on performance & recommended strategy.
Escalate issues that need strategic, client-facing, or leadership input.
Help set up and onboard new LSA accounts as account volume grows.

Help improve internal checklists, workflows, and quality control, and support lead dispositioning, call review, and lead-quality analysis as those services are added.

Qualifications

4+ years of Google Ads experience.
Experience setting up and managing Google Local Services Ads & Google Ad Campaigns.
Strong spreadsheet proficiency.
Strong written & spoken English communication skills.
Proven ability to follow recurring account-review processes consistently.
Experience with home-services, local-business, or lead-generation accounts is a must.
Experience with Google Support cases and LSA troubleshooting.
Experience reviewing lead response rates, missed calls, lead quality, or lead disposition is a plus.

Agency experience managing multiple client accounts, including both LSA and PPC, is preferred.
