Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our international team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration and people operations across LATAM. You will work across multiple countries, coordinating interviews, crafting job descriptions, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Strong English (C1) and Spanish (C2), plus hands-on experience in HR, are required.
