OpenFn is a remote, relationship-driven account management role focused on existing subscription customers. You will own renewals, drive retention and growth, and speak credibly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver value from day one.
You will help build and execute the account management function, collaborate with solution architects, and ensure customers realize the OpenFn platform’s value in a scalable way across the Americas.
