Telnyx Llc is seeking a highly technical Tier 2 / Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer for our AI vision platform running on Kubernetes, supporting enterprise deployments and infrastructure. This fully remote role targets LATAM-based candidates willing to work U.S. East Coast business hours.

You will onboard with senior engineers, learn the platform, and then independently troubleshoot complex issues, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive resolutions.
