Role Description
Lingua Learn is seeking a Part-Time Russian Language Teacher to deliver online Russian language lessons.
The successful candidate will teach both children and adults across a range of Russian proficiency levels, from CEFR A1 (beginner) to C1 (advanced). As some classes may be conducted partly in English, applicants must have a minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
The idóneo candidate will hold a university degree and a recognised teaching qualification, together with at least five years of experience teaching languages. They should also have experience assessing learners across the four key language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Familiarity with CEFR proficiency levels and assessment is preferred.
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements
- Russian Speaker
- Excellent command of English (B1 minimum)
- Teaching qualification
- Educated to a degree level
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Kids and Adults' teaching experience
- Familiarity with using online teaching platforms (especially Zoom)
- Experience in assessing students in all 4 skills of proficiency
- Reliable internet connection
