- Inspect buildings and identify civil, architectural and building fabric defects.
- Plan and supervise repairs involving masonry, concrete, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing and related works.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress and workmanship.
- Prepare work scopes, material estimates and maintenance schedules.
- Investigate cracks, leaks, damaged finishes and other defects, escalating specialist concerns when required.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with M&E; teams and building occupants.
- Review drawings and ensure works follow approved specifications.
- Inspect completed repairs and maintain work completion records.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping requirements.
