- Supervise planned preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E; systems.
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, pumps, plumbing and associated equipment, as applicable to the site.
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor work quality and completion.
- Review faults, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdowns with the project team.
- Review material requirements, spare parts and technical specifications.
- Inspect completed work and verify equipment performance before handover.
- Maintain technical records and prepare maintenance progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, isolation requirements and permits.
