- Cover assigned civil engineering duties during staff absences or peak workloads.
- Inspect reported defects and recommend suitable repair methods.
- Coordinate civil maintenance tasks and supervise assigned technicians.
- Support preparation of work scopes, material estimates and schedules.
- Monitor repair quality and verify completed work.
- Coordinate with M&E; teams to resolve maintenance issues affecting multiple disciplines.
- Follow up on pending work orders and urgent repairs.
- Maintain inspection records, progress updates and handover notes.
- Ensure compliance with approved specifications and site safety procedures.
