Medallia is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer for the Nexus Data Platform to own the analytical serving layer and multi-tenant workloads.
You will shape topology, ingestion, and SLA-driven reporting across multiple tenants and programs.You will mentor engineers, define contracts with upstream ETL, and ensure secure, observable operations at scale in a hybrid environment.
Strong English communication is required.
