- Data Engineer Sr

Mandatory skills:

7+ years in data or database engineering, with deep hands-on ETL/ELT experience in production on large datasets

5+ years of expert SQL and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and migrations at scale

5+ years of Python for data pipeline work

3+ years building parallel, compute-intensive workflows with Spark or PySpark

3+ years with Azure data infrastructure, including Blob Storage and Container Apps or similar container workloads

2+ years with analytical engines such as DuckDB, MotherDuck, or a comparable columnar/OLAP system

Proven use of agentic AI tools such as Claude Code or Codex in daily engineering work, including context engineering, agent skills, system prompts, and autonomous agent loops with proper quality control

Ability to work autonomously as a senior IC, owning architecture decisions and defending them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
