My CPA, PA, a growing accounting and tax firm based in Florida, is looking for a dedicated recruiter in Argentina to help us build our team.

We need someone resourceful and proactive who can identify qualified professionals, contact them directly, and generate interest in joining our firm.

What you’ll do

- Find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, universities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Proactively contact qualified professionals, including candidates who are not actively applying for jobs.
- Recruit for positions such as Client Controllers, accountants, tax professionals, bookkeepers, and other firm roles across the United States and Latin America.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate experience, English proficiency, compensation expectations, and interest.
- Coordinate interviews with our leadership team and maintain consistent candidate follow-up.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and provide weekly updates on outreach, qualified candidates, interviews, and hiring progress.
- Develop a pipeline of talent for future openings.

What we’re looking for

- Based in Argentina,



with strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Proven recruiting experience, including direct sourcing and candidate outreach.
- Experience recruiting accounting, finance, or professional services talent.
- Ability to use LinkedIn search, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods effectively.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently with availability overlapping U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. companies is a plus.

Work directly with the firm’s leadership and take ownership of our recruiting efforts as we grow. This is a dedicated recruiting role within our team, rather than an engagement with an outside recruiting agency.
