Rockstar is hiring a full‐time, remote Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners.
You will own calendars, inboxes, tasks, and follow‐through using Claude AI in a dedicated environment.
You'll receive training, weekly coaching, and a community of EAs for ongoing problem solving.You'll manage meetings, draft emails, coordinate projects, and prepare summaries and reports while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
This is a structured, full‐time remote role with room for growth.
