Prometeo Talent is recruiting a Customer Support Representative for a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry.
This is a 100% remote, full-time role supporting contractors with permit filings, account management, and platform usage.You will answer calls, resolve questions on permit status and billing, log interactions in the CRM, and help identify process improvements.
Fluent English and Excel skills required; experience in GoHighLevel or HubSpot is a plus.
