The Finance Analyst will own the recording, collection, and performance analysis of our vendor rebate programs.
Sitting at the intersection of finance, systems, and commercial strategy, you will ensure every rebate program is accurately configured in SAP S/4HANA, accruals and collections are properly managed, and our Strategic Account Managers have reliable data to support vendor disputes, renewals, and new contract negotiations.
Additionally, you will build executive analytics to help evaluate program performance and identify growth opportunities.Eligibility RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, data analysis or a related roleAbility to work full-time shifts within the Argentina (ART) time zoneMust be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing EnglishHigh speed Wi-Fi connectionResponsibilities Will IncludeMaintaining an accurate and up-to-date listing of all rebate programs across SAP S/4HANA and HybrisEstablish and owning the Hybris- S/4HANA difference review.
Identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies between systems in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain a reliable source of truth for business on rebate accruals and collections to support decision-makingSupporting Strategic Account Managers in rebate discussions with vendors by preparing documentation, calculations, and supporting analysisProviding analytical support to Strategic Account Managers in renewal and new program negotiations,
