As an Implementation Consultant you'll help our clients adopt the Conciliac platform: guiding them through a seamless onboarding and the technical adoption of our data reconciliation solution.
It's an idóneo role if you come from an IT or software implementation background.
Responsibilities
Implement Conciliac's solution for clients, from installation to initial configuration.
Provide first-level technical support and guide clients in using the platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to installation, connectivity and application usage.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive implementation experience.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Windows and SQL Server.
Educational background in IT, computer science or related fields.
Previous experience in software implementation or technical support (desirable).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
English proficiency (desirable, not mandatory).
Proactive, fast learner and results-oriented.
Junior to Semi-Senior profile 1 to 2 years of experience.
