Rockstar is seeking an AI-empowered Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners on a full-time remote basis. You will own the owner’s calendar, inbox, and tasks, operating in a Claude AI environment built for the practice.

You’ll receive structured Claude training from week one, plus weekly coaching and a community of peers performing the same role. Responsibilities include calendar management, inbox triage, drafting communications, and coordinating projects end-to-end.
