Role Summary: The Field Service Team installs, commissions, troubleshoots and repairs Flowserve's pumps and equipment for our customers in industries such as oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, coal, and wastewater industries.
This position requires a field service supervisor who can manage day to day operations of the field service team as demanded by the clients and in line with the business processes.
The supervisor will also be responsible for the health of the business by ensuring that Flowserve's six core values are actively driven to the highest standard within the team.
