• Speak fluent English and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders on both the client and internal side
• Proven experience managing and growing B2B client relationships

• Strong commercial instinct and ability to identify opportunities
• Ability to understand and discuss digital products and technology comfortably
• Familiarity with how software products are designed and built (UX, engineering, iterations, etc.)
• Ability to navigate conversations involving product scope, trade-offs, and constraints • Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical profiles

Experience working directly with product or engineering teams
Background in product management, UX/UI, engineering, or technical consulting
Experience at a software development agency or digital product company
Experience in healthcare or digital health
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
