DescriptionProvide daily, project-based technical support to Production and Sales, under guidance from senior team membersAssist Project Managers and Linguists in troubleshooting issues related to the translation processInterface and coordinate with Sales and Client Services (CS) to provide input on pre-sale planning and quoting of projects, with support from Senior EngineersPrepare various file types for the localization process to ensure compliance with client requirementsAutomate file analysis, parsing,



and filteringPerform QA on translated filesManage and manipulate Translation Memories (TMs)Help validate new features in our CAT tool, TM Server, Analysis Package, and other products, in collaboration with senior team membersWrite scripts and/or macros in various programming languages to automate repetitive tasks performed by Project Managers, as necessaryWork closely with software Product Managers to report and test fixes for bugs found by product usersComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisorRequired SkillsFluency in EnglishMinimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalentKnowledge of computer, scripting, and markup languages including (but not necessarily all of) Python, VB, VBA, C++, Perl, ASP, Java, JSP, XML, HTML, XLIFFHigh level of proficiency in Windows platformHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsTeam player attitudeHigh level of attention to detailGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAvid curiosity and desire to improve processesIn order to apply, please submit your CV in English
