Security Technology Services (STS), part of Information Security, enables more than 425,000 people across 150+ countries to access systems and information securely. As the Information Security IT Cloud Service Owner, you will operate with a Product Owner mindset and be accountable for the vision, roadmap, adoption, performance and value of enterprise cloud security posture and workload protection services delivered through cloud SaaS technologies such as Wiz, Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Aqua Security.
You will define customer outcomes, prioritize the backlog, align investment to enterprise risk and cloud strategy, and partner with engineering and operations teams to deliver secure, reliable and easy-to-consume capabilities across multi-cloud environments. The role connects business customers, cloud and DevOps teams, architecture, strategy, risk, compliance, internal audit and vendors to move the service from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement.

Define customer outcomes and measurable value, linking roadmap investments to risk reduction, coverage, adoption, resilience, customer experience and cost efficiency. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog using business value, customer need, regulatory commitments, strategy, risk and delivery capacity. Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release priorities and adoption plans in partnership with strategy, engineering, and operations.

Act as the single point of accountability for the service, balancing demand transparently and communicating priorities, trade-offs, dependencies and delivery commitments. Define service offerings, onboarding journeys, support models, SLOs, SLAs, KPIs, operational workflows and customer-facing service communications. Monitor service health, reliability, coverage and performance; drive continual improvement, reduce technical debt and ensure incident, problem, recovery and change practices are documented and tested.
