• Inspect buildings and identify civil, architectural and building fabric defects.
• Plan and supervise repairs involving masonry, concrete, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing and related works.
• Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress and workmanship.
• Prepare work scopes, material estimates and maintenance schedules.
• Investigate cracks, leaks, damaged finishes and other defects, escalating specialist concerns when required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with M&E; teams and building occupants.
• Review drawings and ensure works follow approved specifications.
• Inspect completed repairs and maintain work completion records.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping requirements.
